2 pkgs fully cooked Smoked Sausage (cut up and cook (heat up)in pan),
Take sausage out. In the left over grease in the pan brown fresh Mushrooms cut in quarter, Onion, Green Pepper, Red Pepper. Salt, Pepper, Garlic salt. Add one can diced tomatoes and one can tomatoe sauce. Add the sausage. Cook Penne pasta. Mix everything together and top with fresh Parmesan cheese. Serve with garlic bread.
