Combine all ingredients in a plastic bag or container and let sit in fridge for a few hours.  Arrange tomatoes &amp;amp; provolone slices around outside of platter &amp;amp; spoon mixture in center of platter. In the left over grease in the pan brown fresh Mushrooms cut in quarter, Onion, Green Pepper, Red Pepper. Salt, Pepper, Garlic salt. Add one can diced tomatoes and one can tomatoe sauce. Add the sausage. Cook Penne pasta. Mix everything together and top with fresh Parmesan cheese. Mix oil &amp; maple syrup &amp; vanilla. Mix into the dry ingredients. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes (mixing every 15 minutes). May need to spread on 2 cookie sheets. Uncover and bake another 5 minutes. Put in meat, break it up and brown.  Drain oil.  Add both cans of Italian paste and simmer for a couple of minutes.  Add tomato puree and stir.  You might need 1/2 can of water (use the puree can so it's more like tomato flavored water by rinsing can).   Add diced tomatoes.  Stir together.  Then add sugar and simmer sauce low for 1/2 hour to hour.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Depending on how it tastes sometimes I add basil or oregano.  If it is too thick, then add water.  If it is too thin, let it simmer more. &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;The rest is really up to how you want it to taste.  I don't add salt, but you may feel it needs it.  Sometimes I put pepper in.  Just play around with your spices.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Sometimes at this point, I feel it is "Perfetto" that I don't add anything. &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;I always use name brand products -- Del Monte, or Hunts, there's another brand that I buy by sight -- can't think of the name -- but it's Italian. Add pumpkin, cinnamon, salt, soda, and flour.&lt;br /&gt;Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. (Make in a long bar pan.—I use &lt;br /&gt;a heavy cookie sheet.) Cool.  Frost with recipe below.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Frosting&lt;br /&gt; 2 cups powdered sugar&lt;br /&gt;3 oz. Glad you liked it, it is pretty spicy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 cups of Western Hash brown, (the ones by the eggs, not frozen)&lt;br /&gt;8 large eggs&lt;br /&gt;8 oz of chopped ham (package all chopped easiest)&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup salsa (maybe a little more)&lt;br /&gt;package of shredded pepper jack cheese&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;12 tortillas&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Monteray Jack Cheese or Mexican cheese&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Enchillada sauce&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Brown hash browns in vegetable or olive oil as directed on package&lt;br /&gt;Add ham, brown a little. Add eggs to potatoes, scramble until lightly done, add salsa and mix&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In a 9x12 oiled pan sprinkle 2 tablespoons or so of cheese into a tortilla, add egg and potato mixture, turn up sides of tortilla and roll. Repeat until pan is full, 12 does it for me but only 10 tortillas come in a package, so sometimes I use 10. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;They can be frozen at this point if you want to make them ahead for a crowd. Baker's real semi-sweet chocolate chips&lt;br /&gt;1 (7 oz.) jar Kraft marshmallow creme&lt;br /&gt;3 c. chopped nuts&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp. salt&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp. vanilla&lt;br /&gt;Bring butter, sugar and milk to a full rolling boil in heavy 4 quart saucepan, stirring constantly.&lt;br /&gt;Boil 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.&lt;br /&gt;Remove from heat. Gradually stir in chocolate chips until melted. Add remaining ingredients; beat until well blended. Pour into greased 13x9 inch pan. Cool, cut into squares.&lt;br /&gt;Makes 6 pounds of fudge.&lt;br /&gt;Prep. time: 5 minutes. Shake a lot.&lt;br /&gt;Marinate for about 10 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dip the chicken breasts in flour.&lt;br /&gt;Fry in 1/2 olive oil &amp; 1/2 vegetable oil until done. &lt;br /&gt;Take out the chicken and put on a plate.&lt;br /&gt;Add white wine to the marinade tub.  Shake around to get all of the spices and lemon. &lt;br /&gt;Put it in the pan. In large bowl combine sugar, banana, butter, egg and milk, beat well.  Add flour mixture.  Stir in choc chips and nuts. Spread in greased loaf pan.  Bake 350 for 65 min. Sour Cream&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Spray 9x13 w/ Pam.&lt;br /&gt;(2 layers of bread)&lt;br /&gt;Layer bread, meat, cheese, bread, cheese.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In large bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt &amp; pepper, dry mustard.&lt;br /&gt;Pour over the bread layers. Simmer 10 minutes or until water gone.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 cups taco sauce&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;12 corn tortillas  (Ted uses an extra layer.)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1# shredded monteray jack cheese&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 cup sour cream&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Layer 1/2 c. sauce, 6 tortillas, 1/2 c. sauce, all of beef mixture, sour cream, 1/2 of the cheese, rest of the tortillas, rest of the sauce, then top with cheese.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Bake 375 degrees for 40 minutes covered.  Uncover bake another 5 minutes. Sprinkle in flour, stirring.  Cook two minutes.  Stir in all remaining ingredients, stirring CONSTANTLY until sauce thickens  Serve over favorite pasta.  I like cavatappi or gemelli. Fresh kelby must be cooked well, because it is  fresh, not smoked.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cabbage:   If you use fresh cabbage, shred like for cole slaw, cover with water in large pot &amp;amp; cook for about 3/4 to an hour on medium  high heat until soft.  Drain away water, put back into pot, add salt, pepper, browned onion, garlic (if you like), about 1/2 to 3/4 bottle of ketchup and about 3/4 cup orange or apple juice, and 1/4th cup brown sugar. Can add a peeled chopped couple of apples too if you like.  Cook for about another 1/2 hour.&lt;br /&gt;Then take cooked kielbaska and add to cabbage, cook about another 1/2 hour to let juices go through and serve.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Or if you want to use canned saurkraut, 2 large jars, or  cans, rinsed and drained, then add salt, pepper, browned onion, garlic ketchup O.J. or apple juice and 1/4th cup of brown sugar.  Cook about 1/2 hour and add your kielbaska &amp;amp; cook another 1/2 hour or so to let meat juices flavor the cabbage.  You can add your smoked kielbaska the last 1/2 hour of cooking the cabbage as that just needs to warm up since its smoked it doesn't need to&lt;br /&gt;cook like the fresh kelby.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hope you enjoy! Mix all ingredients and pour in shell. Cream sugar and margarine. Beat in egg and molasses until light and fluffy. Stir in flour mixture just until blended. Chill for 2 hours or more. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Shape dough into 3/4-inch balls, roll in granulated sugar, and place on lightly greased baking sheets about 2 inches apart. Flatten each ball with the bottom of a glass dipped in sugar. She serves at Thanksgiving)&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 20oz can chunk pineapple (drained)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 tbsp pineapple juice&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;½ cup sugar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 tbsp flour&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 cup shredded cheddar cheese&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;¼ cup melted butter&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;½ cup Ritz cracker crumbs &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Drain pineapple reserving 3 tbsp juice. Combine chunks, juice, flour, sugar and cheese. Spoon mixture into greased 1 quart or 8x8 casserole dish. Combine butter and cracker crumbs. Stir well, spread over pineapple mixture. Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes until brown.  &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;**Note: If you like more of the topping, you can use more cracker crumbs and melted butter. Take out the chicken and de-bone and take off skin and discard.  Put the chicken meat back in the pot.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Add small soup pasta (orzo or small round).  You can put right in the soup and don't have to cook separately, but you can if you want. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Do NOT make ahead of time and freeze it. Drain in collindar. Cold. Not cooked.&lt;br /&gt;Fresh Basil. (Rinse dry, roll, chop 3/4 of container)&lt;br /&gt;Black Olives. -small can sliced.&lt;br /&gt;Blue or Goat cheese&lt;br /&gt;Mont. Add the garlic and onion and saute 2 - 3 minutes.  Add the chicken broth and water; bring to a boil.  Add the tortellini and cook halfway. Mix buttermilk, soda &amp;amp; set aside.  Bring butter &amp;amp; water to boil.  Add to flour mixture.  Add eggs &amp;amp; vanilla.  Add buttermilk mixture.  Mix all and pour into greased cookie sheet.  Bake 400' for 20 min.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Start frosting 15 min. after cake cooking.  1/3 c. milk, 1 stick butter, 3-1/2 T. cocoa (hot but not boiled). Set aside.  In large bowl combine sugar, banana, butter, egg and milk.  Beat well.  Add flour mixture.  Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.  Spread into greased loaf pan.  Bake at 350' for 65 min. (stove boiled or oven w/ water 1-1/2 covered) cut up in chunks.&lt;br /&gt;2 cans cr. of mushroom soup (or 1 cr. of chicken)&lt;br /&gt;1 c. mayo (or lowfat)&lt;br /&gt;1 tea. lemon juice&lt;br /&gt;1 big bag or 2 boxes Broccoli (chopped frozen...defrost, don't cook)&lt;br /&gt;1 can mushrooms&lt;br /&gt;2 c. grated cheese (colby &amp;amp; mont. jack)&lt;br /&gt;Paprika &amp;amp; 1/3 c. bread crumbs w/ butter.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bottom of pan place broccoli, toss chicken over broccoli. &lt;br /&gt;Mix soup, mayo, lemon juice &amp;amp; can of mushrooms).&lt;br /&gt;Spread over chicken.  Spread cheese on top.  Paprika &amp;amp; 1/3 c. bread crumbs w/ butter.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bake 350' 30-40 min. Core cabbage &amp;amp; place in boiling salted water- enough to cover.  Remove leaves as they soften.&lt;br /&gt;2. Brown onion in shortening.&lt;br /&gt;3. Add onions to meat, seasonings and rice &amp;amp; beaten egg... Mix well.&lt;br /&gt;4. Place a Tbs. or so of met mixture on each cabbage leaf and roll up-tuck in edges.&lt;br /&gt;5. Place layer of saurkraut in bottom of pot.&lt;br /&gt;6. Next layer cabbage rolls- repeat layers&lt;br /&gt;7. Can chop leftover cabbage &amp;amp; place on top.&lt;br /&gt;8.  Pour tomato juice over the cabbage rolls &amp;amp; fill pot with water until 1/2 - 2/3 full.&lt;br /&gt;9.  Cover &amp;amp; cook slowly 1-1/2 -2 hrs. or until rice is tender.&lt;br /&gt;10. I miss not having that place nearby, especially at this time of year!  Depending on how many layers you like in lasagna, you will need more or less noodles. I usually do 8-10 layers.  Remember if you buy too many lasagna always freezes well. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As for the recipes, no problem. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The chicken should be cut as thin as you'd like and then pounded out to tenderize.  I just drag it through egg and then coat with Italian breadcrumbs.  You can add any seasonings you'd like to the breadcrumbs including parmesan or romano cheese.  It's really just a matter of preference. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For the green beans, you can use fresh or frozen.  If you use fresh, be sure to snap the ends off.  Frozen are nearly as good and much simpler.  I usually use 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil and fry one or two cloves of minced garlic.  After a minute or two, add the beans.  Season with salt and pepper and toss with the olive oil.  I usually cook to taste, I'd guess about 15 minutes tossing periodically. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'd be happy to help if you have any more questions. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Georgia;font-size:100%;color:#800000;"&gt;&lt;u&gt;Filling&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Georgia;font-size:100%;color:#800000;"&gt;6 tablespoons unsalted  butter&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Georgia;font-size:100%;color:#800000;"&gt;1 1/2 cups diced celery&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Georgia;font-size:100%;color:#800000;"&gt;1 1/2 cups diced yellow  onion&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Georgia;font-size:100%;color:#800000;"&gt;4 ounces fresh mushrooms,  sliced&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Georgia;font-size:100%;color:#800000;"&gt;8 ounces chopped fresh  spinach, stems discarded&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Georgia;font-size:100%;color:#800000;"&gt;3/4 cup all-purpose  flour&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Georgia;font-size:100%;color:#800000;"&gt;1/2 cup milk&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Georgia;font-size:100%;color:#800000;"&gt;1 cup chicken stock&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Georgia;font-size:100%;color:#800000;"&gt;2 1/2 pounds cooked  chicken breasts, shredded &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Georgia;font-size:100%;color:#800000;"&gt;Crepes: beat flour,  milk, eggs, butter, and salt in a large bowl until combined. Heat a  7-inch skillet or crepe pan over moderately high heat. Butter pan with  a napkin or paper towel and wipe off any excess. Pan should be hot,  but butter should not brown. Pour about 1/8 cup batter into pan. Quickly  tilt and turn pan so that it is covered with batter. Cook 45 seconds,  or until top is dry. flip and cook other side about 15 seconds.  Remove  from pan. Repeat with remaining batter. Yields about 28 crepes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Georgia;font-size:100%;color:#800000;"&gt;Filling: Melt 6 tablespoons  butter in a large skillet. Add celery onion, and mushrooms. Sauté until  tender. Add spinach and cook 3 to 5 minutes. Vigorously whisk in flour,  milk, and chicken stock. Remove from heat. Add chicken and mix gently.  Let cool.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Georgia;font-size:100%;color:#800000;"&gt;Preheat oven to 350  degrees. Fill each crepe with 1/3 cup of filling. Roll and place seam  side down in a  9 x 13 inch shallow baking pan. cover and bake 25 to  30 minutes. serve with Mushroom Sauce.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;h1&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Georgia;font-size:100%;color:#800000;"&gt;&lt;u&gt;Mushroom Sauce&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h1&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Georgia;font-size:100%;color:#800000;"&gt;1/2 cup sliced fresh  mushrooms&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Georgia;font-size:100%;color:#800000;"&gt;2 tablespoons unsalted  butter&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Georgia;font-size:100%;color:#800000;"&gt;2 tablespoons all purpose  flour&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Georgia;font-size:100%;color:#800000;"&gt;3/4 cup chicken stock&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Georgia;font-size:100%;color:#800000;"&gt;1/2 cup heavy whipping  cream&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Georgia;font-size:100%;color:#800000;"&gt;salt to taste &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Georgia;font-size:100%;color:#800000;"&gt;Saute mushrooms in  butter until soft. Add flour, stock and cream, stirring constantly,  until thickened. Season with salt. Combine sugars, cream and salt in &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.cdkitchen.com/recipes/recipetemplate.php?scale=3+dozen&amp;amp;mid=53591" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:100%;"  &gt;large  pot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:100%;"  &gt; Cook over medium  heat, stirring constantly, to 228 degrees on candy thermometer (or until  mixture spins a thread about 2 inches long when dropped from a spoon).  Stir in butter and pecans.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Continue cooking, stirring constantly, to 236 degrees or until small  amount of mixture dropped in to very cold water forms a soft ball which  flattens when removed from water.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Remove from heat; cool 5 minutes. Beat mixture with wooden spoon until  slightly thickened and candy just coats nuts but does not lose its gloss.  Drop candy by large spoonfuls on to buttered foil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:100%;"  &gt;from Annette (Used the pecans she sent me!)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;These are good but a little tricky. The way I test the candy to see if it is ready is by taking a spoon and dropping a drop of it in a glass of cold water. If it sets—forms a ball and doesn’t disintegrate, then it is ready. You can use Pam on the foil when you drop them out also, instead of butter.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Hope you like them. Mix 1 ¾ c. sour cream, chilies, green&lt;br /&gt;onion, ½ c. cilantro and cumin in large bowl.&lt;br /&gt;Mix in chicken and 1 c. cheese.  Season to taste with salt and pepper.Spoon&lt;br /&gt;generous ½ cup filling down center of each tortilla.&lt;br /&gt;Top with cream cheese strip.  Roll up each tortilla seam side down.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Pour picante sauce over enchiladas.&lt;br /&gt;Cover and bake until sauce bubbles and enchiladas are heated through, about&lt;br /&gt;45 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Uncover, sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake until cheese melts.  About&lt;br /&gt;5 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;Top with remaining sour cream and garnish with cilantro.&lt;br /&gt;Can be made three hours ahead.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;(Here's a recipe for leftover turkey. Cut up in chunks.&lt;br /&gt;2 cans cream of mushroom soup (or 1 can cr. chicken soup)&lt;br /&gt;1 cup mayo&lt;br /&gt;1 tea. lemon juice&lt;br /&gt;1 big bag or 2 boxes broccolli chopped frozen. (Defrost-don't cook)&lt;br /&gt;1 can mushrooms&lt;br /&gt;2 cup grated cheese (colby &amp;amp; mont jack)&lt;br /&gt;Paprika&lt;br /&gt;1/3 c. bread crumbs w/ butter&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bottom of pan, broccoli, toss in chicken over broccoli.  (Mix soup, mayo, lemon juice and can of mushrooms).  Spread over chicken.  Spread cheese on top, paprika and 1/3 c. bread crumbs w/ butter.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bake 350* 30-40 min.  10 more min if made ahead of time in fridge. Melt butter in pan.  Stir in flour, cook stirring for 2 min.  Slowly add broth, cream, pepper and salt.  Cook for 5 min until thickened and smooth.  Put chicken, peas, carrots and mushrooms in prepared pie crust. Cover with sauce.  Top with pie crust and crimp together.  Cut vents. Italian seasoning&lt;br /&gt;2 cloves garlic minced&lt;br /&gt;1 clove garlic&lt;br /&gt;1/8 cup olive oil&lt;br /&gt;1/2 # ground round beef&lt;br /&gt;1/2 # ground pork&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup grated Romano cheese&lt;br /&gt;2 tbsp.  butter&lt;br /&gt;1 onion chopped&lt;br /&gt;1 whole onion&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp. sugar&lt;br /&gt;Salt to taste.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In a large saucepan, saute chopped onion, garlic and olive oil.  Add gr. beef and pork and stir until brown.  Add Italian seasoning.  Add tomato puree and tomato paste.  Rinse the cans with water and add to the pot.  Stuff a clove of garlic inside the whole onion and add the onion to the sauce.  Add the sugar, butter and salt.  Stir to an easy boil, reduce heat and simmer for 1.5- 3 hours.  Be careful not to simmer too high because burns easily. Try to stir every 15-20 min.  Add a little bit of salt every time you stir and keep tasting. Brown 2 handfuls of fine egg noodles.  (Watch because they burn quickly).  Add 1 1/2 cups of rice.  Top with 3 cups water or chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer. Cover for about 15 min.  Sprinkle with salt and garlic powder.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Serve with sauted chicken breasts. (3#)&lt;br /&gt;chocolate bark&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cream butter and peanut butter. Stir in sugar; make walnut size balls.  Melt the chocolate bark on the stove or in microwave. Dip balls into bark using a toothpick. Blend the butter, cheese spread, mayonnaise, garlic and crabmeat.  Spread mixture on the muffins.  Place them on a cookie sheet and freeze until solid.  When frozen, cut the muffins into quarters, wrap and return to freezer.  At serving time place frozen muffin quarters under the broiler until slightly browned.
