Mint Chocolate Ice Cream Dessert

Base: 25-30 Oreo Cookies (not double stuff) 1/4 cup melted butter (In food processor, mix together and press in sprayed 9 x 13. Freeze) Middle: 1-1/2 blocks of Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream (or Choc- Mint Moosetracks since bigger chocolate chunks) Slice and Mash down over the base layer. Top: 1 cup Confectioner's Sugar 2 Tbs. Butter 1 cup Chocolate Chips 2/3 cup Evaporated Milk. (Small can or Large can if making 2) Vanilla Mix ahead of time in saucepan until all blended together and starts to boil. Cool a couple of hours. Put together and freeze, covered. The first piece will be hard to cut out but the rest will be easy. From a patient at Dr. B. (Pat & Jerry D.)
