Casserole- Stuffed Green Pepper

Casserole Stuffed Green Pepper

2# ground sirloin
onion
2 green peppers, chopped.
1 big can crushed tomatoes
1 sm. tomato paste
1 (pop can size) V-8 juice
Cooked rice. (2 cups + 2 cups water... cook first)
Seasonings: worshishire, garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasongs.

Serve over mashed potatoes
